Clone a campaign

POST/campaigns/clone/:campaignId

Shallow copy: only name, description, category and canvasSettings are copied. Events, segments (lists) and forms are NOT copied — the clone starts with empty collections while canvasSettings still references the original event ids — and the clone is created unpublished.
