PUT/fields/:object/:fieldId/edit

PUT is a full replace — isIndex must always be sent (omitting it causes a 500); charLengthLimit is additionally required for field types text, select, phone, url, and email (400 otherwise).

Resend isShortVisible as well: omitting it can cause HTTP 500. Prefer PATCH for partial changes.
