Get event logs for a contact in a campaign

GET/campaigns/:campaignId/events/contact/:contactId

Returns the campaign's events, each carrying the contact's logs in contactLog. contactLog only includes logs that have a recorded IP address; logs created via editContactCampaignEvent without the ipAddress field will not appear.
