Link custom item to entity by field value

GET/custom/item/:customObjectId/link-by-field/:entity/:entityId

Resolve a custom item by matching a field value, then link it to a contact, company, or another custom item. The item is looked up within the given custom object using the field (custom-field alias) and value query parameters, which must resolve to exactly one item — no match returns 404, multiple matches return 409.

The field value matches more than one item, so a single item cannot be resolved
